Shipping costs
In foreign countries it’s not possible to deliver a fully assembled bike, only Do-It-Yourself boxes (except for the Electric City read more).
You can download the assembly instructions on our website www.babboe.nl > Klantenservice > Handleidingen: handleiding Babboe City/Big.
You can order the Babboe cargobike at our website. The system automatically calculates the extra transportation costs to your country. You can buy the bike by entering your order on our website www.babboe.nl > choose the Babboe cargobike of your liking (the Babboe Big or Babboe City for example) > at Afleveropties choose: Montagepakket bezorgen + € 39,50 > if you wish, select the colour of the raincover > if you wish, select more accessories, > Ga naar Winkelwagen > check your order > Door naar betalen > make an account > choose a payment option. After ordering you can pay by banktransfer or creditcard.
You can make an informal order and choose if you will continue the payment or not.
If you order extra accessories like a raincover etcetera, the amount of shipment costs will increase a little. You also pay € 39,50 for preparing the shipment (montagepakket bezorgen + € 39,50).

After you’ve finished the (correct) order you will receive an automatically generated email from Babboe with your ordernumber. As soon as we have received your payment we will launch your order. The delivery time is about three till four weeks after we have received the payment. DHL will send the boxes. We are a webshop, so ordering only occurs through the internet.
Garantuee
We would like to draw your attention to the deviating guarantee in foreign countries. It’s only possible to get free bike-parts if it’s covered under warranty but the delivery costs are yours. The assembly instructions are only available in Dutch but contains pictures. Also the assembly of the electric Babboe is more difficult than the conventional Babboe. It helps a lot if you are a bit handy in connecting electrical parts which need to be done during assembly.
