In some countries, we have our own web shops where you can order our products online or find a reseller near you. For Germany, please visit www.babboe.de. For France, go to www.babboe.fr. For the UK, visit www.babboe.co.uk. Our Belgian customers can order via our Belgian web shop www.babboe.be.
In many other countries we have trusted resellers where you can order our products. To find out if there is a reseller available in your country, please use the dealer locator on our international website www.babboecargobike.com. If you cannot find a reseller in your country, please send an e-mail with the delivery address and the cargo bike of your choice to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the possibilities. Please note that we cannot ship our electric cargo bikes to countries outside Europe. We do not deliver direct from The Netherlands to regions where we have resellers available.
- Ordering in the USA and Canada
If you live in the USA and want to order one of our cargo bikes, please send an e-mail to email@example.com (mentioning the model which you are interested in) to inquire about the possibilities. Canadian customers can inform with Fourth Floor distribution (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make an inquiry.
When we ship direct to you from The Netherlands (other than by ordering via one of our own web shops), deviating warranty conditions are applicable. When a part is broken and is replaced by us under warranty, the delivery costs of the new part (plus the costs of returning the broken part) are yours. We do not have mechanics available outside The Netherlands and Belgium.
